Returns

• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Receipt: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

• Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Non-Refundable Items: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items of equal value.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
